My Experience

I am a fully qualified physiotherapist with 17 years experience.
I am registered with the HCPC and Charetered Society of Physiotherapy

During this time I have worked in Hospitals, Health Centres, Sports Injury Clinics, Military Bases and Football Clubs.

I graduated in 1999 with BSc Hons in physiotherapy. I have spent the last 15 years specialising in Musculo-skeletal outpatient physiotherapy.

I have worked in the “Ayr Sports Injury Clinic” and the “Newcastle Sports Injury Clinic” for 4 years where I worked with elite sportsmen in Rugby, Football and Basketball.

I have also worked with the military for 2 years treating and rehabilitating soldiers to return to peak fitness

Being a keen sportsman and participating in Football, Golf, Boxing and Weight Training. I can fully empathise with how athletes feel, and what it takes to regain recovery.

I have an interest in maintaining and improving my clinical knowledge and have recently gained a Diploma in Orthopaedic medicine and a Diploma in Injection Therapy.

Our Services

On your first visit to the clinic you will have a full subjective and objective examination. This is followed by the appropriate treatment and advice, best suited to your needs. The first session can last anything up to an hour.Follow up sessions can last anything up to 45 minutes, depending on the problems being treated.

Assessment and Treatment

Assess and treat general muscle & joint injuries.
These include sports injuries


Following any surgery and any muscle or joint injury.

Repetitive Strain Injury Treatment of RSI and any other work related injuries that you may have had

A wide range of Physiotherapy treatments are available including:
•Trigger point release of soft tissue
•Mobilising Joints
•Electrotherapy (IFT / Ultrasound)•Acupuncture
•Cortisone Injections
•Manipulating Joints
•Rehabilitation, involving – Core Stability, Strength Training and Stretching Programmes
